Scott Penny​, ​Associate Attorney

​​​​​Jeffrey J. Jinks' interest in Law and Real Estate began at Indiana University Kelly School of Business where he graduated in 1987. He then graduated from Indiana University McKinney School of Law and passed the Bar, before graduation, in 1993. Mr. Jinks went on to found a real estate school to license brokers and provide professional continuing education. In addition, he anchored a weekly talk radio show as the "Legal Eagle" answering callers questions related to business, real estate, financing, current cases, and self-directed IRA investments for real estate. He has been  a leader in the Indiana Real Estate Exchangors, Inc., Young Life, Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Parish, South India Church of Christ Mission, Republican Precinct Committeeman, youth sports coach, and is an Eagle Scout.

Gina M. Jinks, Operations

Elizabeth is a 2005 graduate of Northwestern University with a BA in political science and international affairs. At the Georgetown University Law Center, she focused her studies on contract and corporate law, graduating in 2011 with a joint JD/MA in German and European Studies. After serving as a trade commissioner at the Consulate of Canada in Atlanta, she recently moved back home to Indiana.

Scott went to Indiana University where he graduated M​agna Cum Laude with his Bachelors Degree in Public Affairs. He went on to the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and graduated in 2013. Scott started his career working in insurance defense but quickly realized he had a passion for real estate. Scott went on to work on behalf of public utilities where he routinely negotiated easements and fee purchases on behalf of companies to allow projects to come through. Scott has an extensive background in real estate and construction related issues which he brings to our office. Scott is involved locally with his church in Carmel and enjoys spending time with his wife Katie in his spare time.

Robin Hall has excellent experience in business, human resources, and holds a paralegal degree. Her many accomplishments include being on the Dean’s List three (3) times. Robin has excellent analytical skills and has been invaluable in providing much needed support. She and her husband live nearby in Zionsville, IN with their six children and two step children.

Gina Jinks currently works with JeffJinksLaw.com as the Office Manager and Accounting Specialist.  She worked for Associa/CASI which serves over 9,000 Community's world wide, as A Homeowners Association Community Manager. 
She has been in the the Real Estate arena over 30 years focusing in Apartment management, Real Estate Sales, and ownership of the Southside Real Estate Academy. 
Gina has volunteered for St. Vincent's Depauw, PTO, and coached cheerleading over the course of raising 5 children. She and Jeffrey attend Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church.
