Scott Penny went to Indiana University where he graduated M​agna Cum Laude with his Bachelors Degree in Public Affairs. He went on to the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and graduated in 2013. Scott started his career working in insurance defense but quickly realized he had a passion for real estate. Scott has worked extensively with public utilities where he routinely negotiates easements and fee purchases on behalf of companies ensure completion of utility projects. Scott has an extensive background in myriad of real estate and construction related issues. Scott focuses primarily on construction, real estate, and business litigation related matters within our office.

Scott prefers to take a pragmatic and problem solving approach to the practice of law but is not afraid to be a fierce advocate for clients when it is needed.

Scott enjoys spending time with his wife Katie in his spare time and is an active member of Northview Church in Carmel.
